Credit card payments are processed for us by paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account, simply follow the instructions on screen. This method means that we never see your card details. You can of course pay by paypal if you have an account, or we can accept payment through the post by cheque etc. Personal callers(by appointment only) can also pay by cash. All goods are covered by a 12 month guarantee. This excludes abuse or goods damaged by the customer or his agents. We will repair or replace any faulty goods provided that the faulty item is returned to us in its original packaging in person or by a suitable carrier. The cost of carriage should be paid by the customer and the goods should be insured. We may in some cases refund the carriage costs. The goods should be accompanied by a written description of the fault. We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods damaged in shipping, and will not accept them, but will return them to the customer who will then need make a claim with the carrier who damaged the goods. |
